Well...you do have to have a nail in the wall (or something) upon which to hang the frame. And you need to have art that is mostly flat...but yes! But, hey, give yourself five!

Most people take the width of their art and add one inch. That way, there will be 1/2 inch sticking out from each side. So an 18"x 24" poster hung vertically would require a 19" TwoStick.
Yes. Remove the sawtooth hanger from the TopStick. (By unscrewing two screws.) Then use Command Strips (tm) on one or both of the sticks.
Absolutely! To remove a clip, just press down lightly on it and pivot the clip until it is perpendicular to the stick. In other words, just reverse the procedure you used to install the art. This is why you should leave the hole end of the clip protruding from the stick at installation.
